Time: 4:15 PM – 8:00 PM

Location: Treasure Valley Scout Reservation – 394 Pleasantdale Road, Rutland, MA 01543

Cost: $20 per person – (Includes dinner, a special camp patch, and a Cracker Barrel reception)

Note: Current unit leaders attending camp that week do not need to register—they are welcome to join for free.

Registration Limit: 20 participants per week

Join us for the Treasure Valley Alumni Experience, a special evening for past staff to reconnect with camp, relive memories, and celebrate our shared legacy.

Schedule of Events:
4:15 PM – Arrival and welcome by a member of the administration team
4:30 PM – Guided tour of camp highlights and recent improvements
5:15 PM – Dinner in the dining hall with introductions and storytelling
6:15 PM – Visit program areas and interact with staff and Scouts
7:00 PM – Alumni reception and museum visit at East Lodge
8:00 PM – Departure
