Treasure Valley Provisional 2026
Whether your Troop is coming to Treasure Valley this Summer or not…Scouts can add a week of fun and adventure to their plans for the Summer as a Provisional Scout.
Scouts attending Treasure Valley Scout Reservation with their troop or crew will register and pay through the unit. Scouts in our Provisional program who cannot attend with their unit, or who wish to attend additional weeks, may use the options below to register and pay online. Early bird registration fee is $595.
Returning Camper Discount – If this provisional registration is your scout’s second (or more) week of camp, please enter the following coupon code encore2026. You will be asked to note the camp and week your scout will be attending with their unit or another provisional week. (This coupon can only be used for our Provisional Scouts, BSA Program).
The TVSR 2026 Quick Links is now available. There you will find the Program Guide. This contains all the program information you will need to get your scout ready for camp.
Provisional Scouts will make up their own troop for the week called the ‘Mohegans’. The program guide contains the merit badge schedule and the link under the program guide is the form you will use to select merit badges. Please email them anytime after June 1st to our program director, harrison.ganong@heartofnewenglandbsa.org.
Unit Photos: Your scout will be part of the Mohegans and we will be taking a unit photo. Download the Photo order form in the Quick links!
All scouts need to submit a HEALTH FORM (found on quick links) that will be collected at check in on the day you arrive at camp.

Week 1 June 28 -July 4 – Reduced camp fee – go Provo Week 1 and only pay $495!
Week 2 July 5 – 11
Week 3 July 13 – 19
Week 4 July 19 – 25
Week 5 July 26 – August 1 (Eagle Week)
Eagle Week July 26 – August 1
Note: Registration as a Provisional Week 5 does not automatically enroll you in the Eagle Week Program. A Scout must elect to participate in this program. Please use the following link for more information and to register: TVSR Eagle Week 2026*.
*The Eagle Week program is an additional program offered during week 5. The camp will offer all programs as in previous weeks as well.

- Read through entire Program Guide found on the Quick Links button above – it has all the details of our extensive program opportunities.
- Complete Health Form: To be brought to camp on check in day. (Do not mail or email them to the office prior to check in day)
- Merit Badge Submission: email your first and alternate merit badge choices from the Merit Badge Schedule to Kalea Gormley at Kalea.Gormley@hnescouting.org
