ROHVA Training

A ROHVA (Recreational Off-Highway Vehicle Association) training course is a safety-focused program designed to teach proper operation of side-by-sides (ROVs/UTVs). It includes a free, 2-hour online eCourse covering risk management and a hands-on, 3-hour Basic DriverCourse instructed by professionals to teach steering, braking, and terrain management.

Prior to the hands-on course, please complete the online Ecourse online and bring a copy of the certificate.

Here are some other logistics for the day:

Location: Treasure Valley Scout Reservation-394 Pleasantdale Rd., Rutland, MA.

Training will take place in Jamboree Field. Turn right at sign in front of the council office (white farmhouse). You will see the course and the directors.

Everyone participating must be wearing the following: long sleeves, long pants, gloves, ankle boots, and safety glasses.

You will be asked to sign a hold harmless form upon arrival.
