Join us for the Quinapoxet District Roundtable: Monday May 1st from 7:00 – 8:30PM in Fitchburg.
Please RSVP below to let us know you’ll be attending the in-person meeting.
Our Roundtable process is evolving in 2023 to better serve our unit leaders. This year will see a mix of in-person and virtual meeting options to provide more engagement opportunities.
Be sure to check the council calendar for exact date and location of each monthly Roundtable event.
Quinapoxet District Roundtable will usually take place the first Monday of most months at the MOC Youth Innovation Center (18 Fairmount Street, Fitchburg, MA 01420). If the first Monday is a holiday, the meeting will shift to the following week (2nd Monday of the month).

Unit Leaders, do you have examples of awesome outdoor adventures that you have done with your Pack, Troop or Crew?
Join us at this month’s joint district roundtable meeting to share this information with others in attendance. We ask that you share the following:
Where did you go?
Contact information for the place you went (website, person, etc.)
What did it cost?
Anything others would ‘need to know’ before attempting this outing
A sample event flyer that you distributed to your unit
Any photos or videos that you would want to share
Join your fellow Scouters and learn about all the new adventures your unit can plan for your Scouts!
