Join us for the 2025 Heart of New England Council Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner.
The highlight of the evening is the presentation of awards to deserving adult volunteers who give unselfishly of their time, talent and treasure to benefit Scouting in Central MA.
DATE: Thursday, May 22, 2025
LOCATION: Auburn/Webster Elks Lodge
TIME: 5:30PM Annual Meeting / 6:30PM Dinner and Awards Program (doors open at 6:00PM for fellowship)
COST: $50.00 per person (dinner and awards reception)

Business attire or Scout uniform are appropriate.
Note that the Council Annual Meeting will be held prior to the Dinner & Awards portion of the agenda (5:30 – 6:00PM). There is no cost to attend the Annual Meeting. Registration and payment is required only for the Dinner & Awards program, which will begin at approximately 6:30PM.
Note that doors open at 6:00PM for those not attending the annual meeting.
