Class of 2024 Eagle Recognition Dinner

An Eagle Scout Recognition Dinner is a celebration of Scouts who have earned the rank of Eagle Scout, Scouting’s highest honor. The dinner recognizes the Scouts’ hard work, dedication, and leadership qualities.
Join us on Friday, January 3, 2025 – 6:00PM-9:00PM
The Hogan Campus Center at Holy Cross in Worcester, MA
(Doors open at 5:30PM. Dinner program will begin at 6:00PM).
- Special guest speaker TBD.
- Presentation of the Heart of New England Council Eagle Project of the Year
- A gift for all 2024 Eagle Scouts in attendance
Eagle Scouts Tickets: Cost $0 – Though free, please register them below by clicking on the Eagle Scout Honoree ticket
Guest tickets: Cost $50* (Parents, unit leaders, and friends and includes dinner)
After December 11th, ticket prices increase by $10. Don’t delay, register today! (Eagle Scout Guests of Eagles completing their Board of Review after 12/11 will not incur the late fee. They will receive a coupon code via email from the program assistant)
Deadline to purchase tickets is December 18th! Once our final number is submitted to the venue, we cannot add any more attendees. No refunds will be given after 12/18.

$50 | Sponsor an Eagle Scout, Parents, Family, Scoutmaster & Friends
$100 | Parents and Family call outs in event program (business card size message to the Eagle Scout from the parents, family, or leaders).
$250 | Half-page ad in event program. Recognition at event.
$500 | Half-page ad in event program. Recognition at event. Includes sponsorship for 1 adult & 1 Scout.
$1,000 | Half-page color ad in event program. Recognition at event and in event promotion. Includes sponsorship for 2 adults & 2 Scouts.
1,500 | Full-page color ad in event program. Recognition at event and in event promotion. Includes sponsorship for 3 adults & 3 Scouts.
Eagle Scouts should wear their Scout uniform; dress for guests is Scout uniform (where appropriate) or business casual.
EAGLE SCOUTS – Make sure to complete your bio information for inclusion in the slide show during the event. Deadline to submit your information is December 15th.
