NOAC is a gathering of 8,000 Scouts and Scouters from across the country gathering for
a week of training, activities, games, shows, touring, and more!
When: July 24, 2027, 8am – August 1, 2027 – 8pm
Where: University of Illinois – Location: TBD
Cost: Approximately $1300 which includes transportation, accommodations, shirts, patches, food, activities, conference fees and more.
